The journey began with the establishment of Kapsto Closure Pvt. Ltd., founded by Dishant Baldha, setting the foundation for innovation and excellence in the packaging industry.
We doubled our CSD closure production, reaching 80 million closures per month, demonstrating our capacity for growth and scaling our operations to meet rising demands.
Our ambitions will soar even higher as we plan to achieve a remarkable production capacity of 140 million closures per month. With the addition of 60 million innovative CSD 30.41 closures, powered by India’s first Husky Hycap 72 Cavity system, BALDA is set to revolutionize the packaging landscape once again.
KAPSTO positioned itself as one of the top-performing closure suppliers, becoming the second CSP in the Indian regional brocade market—a testament to our expanding influence.
With a bold rebranding from Kapsto to BALDA, we embraced a fresh start, introducing the latest machinery and setting futuristic goals. This year marks the launch of lightweight closures specifically designed for CSD applications at our world-class manufacturing unit. We believe in expanding our family legacy and thought behind the brand “Balda”
